What is your Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy or Chiropractic Appointment going to look like?

• We are asking you to wait in your vehicles or outside until you are called in when your therapist is ready. Please call us at 905-332-3800 and notify us that you are here.

• Bring a MASK with you to wear during your appointment time.  Put it on before coming into the clinic and it must be worn at all times while inside. ( any mask is fine, you can purchase a disposable one for $1.00 if needed)

• Sanitize your hands upon entry

• Payment: please organize your payment method prior to your appointment. We encourage direct billing through insurance, credit card on file, or E-transfer. No cash please.

• Meet your therapist and head directly into treatment into our cleaned and sanitized room for your session

• Book your next session with your therapist or call or email us from your car to prevent congestion in the lobby and ensure social distancing protocols.

 What is different at the clinic?

• Plexi-glass barriers at reception

• Pre-screening prior to booking

• Staff in appropriate PPE based on their respective College guidelines

• No clients in the waiting room, please wait in your car if you can or enjoy our outdoor area

• Hand-washing, sanitizing stations throughout the clinic

• Single person visits only (guardian for a child if necessary)

• Social distancing between clients in treatment areas

• Surfaces disinfected after every use, sanitization happening frequently throughout the day

• Masks required for staff and clients (purchase price $1.00 if you do not bring)

• IFC pads for each individual client (included in first visit, $5.00 replacement cost)
